For order about stocked products, If you want to cancel or withdraw after payment, please contact us by email gibbonblackservice@126.com within 48 hours (based on the time of your payment). We will refund your order or assist you with modifications unconditionally.

Due to the service commission charge of payment platform (like PAYPAL etc) we can only provide you 95% refund of whole order.

After 48 hours of payment, the shipment of your order may have been dispatched, and you may be required to assume a portion of the incurred shipping costs (approximately $5 - $15).

For customized products, such as heavy rubber hoods,latex suit etc, which are made to order, you can cancel unconditionally within 3 days of payment. 

Due to the service commission charge of payment platform (like PAYPAL etc) we can only provide you 95% refund of whole order.

If you cancel after 7 days, we can only provide a 50% refund. If you need to change the size or cancel your order, please just contact us directly by email gibbonblackservice@126.com within 3 days, and we will respond promptly within 48 hours.

Refunds will be processed within 15 days and returned to your payment account by PayPal. Our staff will actively follow up on each refund transaction.
