Q: What will appear on my credit card/bank statement?

A: We concern about every customer's privacy, the only description appears on your credit card statement is "GibbonBlack products."


Q: Can your products be packaged well?

A: We seal all packages with muti-tape. There will be no logos, names, or text on the packaging that could show contents. There will not be any product names or sensitive information; instead, we label it as 'toys' or 'holiday gift.'

Q: How do you ship, and what are the shipping costs?

Q: How can I edit my shopping cart?

A: If you need to modify the quantity of items, please click on "Shopping Cart" in the top right corner of the website.

After the pop-up window appears, just click the "Edit Cart" button. It will take you to the shopping cart page. To edit the quantity of items in the cart, please click the plus or minus buttons next to the product name, or remove items from the cart.

You can continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" link or proceed to a secure checkout by clicking the "Secure Checkout" button.


Q: Do you sell cleaners, polishes, or lubricants?

A: Due to import regulations and transportation considerations, we are unable to sell or ship these products. We appreciate your understanding, as this situation is beyond our control.


Q: If I change my mind after submitting an order, can I cancel it before shipping?
