Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any reasons except quality issues. Including but not limited to subjective reasons such as personal preferences or mistaking size.

If there is any quality issue or sending wrong products, please contact us by email gibbonblackservice@126.com within 10 days after receiving the package and providing photos and other details. We will respond promptly ASAP.
