Non-customized products with sufficient stock will be packaged and ship out within 3 days. Once yourpackage is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification along with the order number and shipping information.

If there are customized products (such as heavy rubber masks/latex suit) need to be produced or processed after payment. Please accept at least 25 days before dispatching.
